This group is designed to help you find your inner strength so you can feel good about yourself and go on to live  your dreams and goals. It's all about taking charge of your well-being and learning about who you are as a valuable individual—your identity, skills, interests, goals, talents and personality.

Most of the information provided in this group is from young adults like you. The group pages focus on things that can help you feel stronger and more in control of your life, like coping skills and strategies, setting and achieving goals, exercise and healthy living and advocacy.
