Description:

Having loving, supportive relationships is important for all of us. They increase our enjoyment of life and relieve feelings of loneliness and social isolation. They can also help reduce stress and improve our physical and mental health. Having good, positive relationships are especially helpful when we are going through difficult times. They can play a huge role in recovering from a bad day, week, month or even year and they can prove to be a life line in times of need. Needless to say, relationships are a great source of comfort, support and reasons to feel good about ourselves, regardless of what is going on.

This group includes tips on all aspects of building and maintaining such relationships from making and keeping friends to dating to establishing healthy, intimate relationships. Most of the information provided in this group is from young adults like you.
